I have an iPod classic from around 2008 or so. I assume it qualifies as an "Old" iPod classic. I want to download the entire iMusic Library in iTunes including playlists to my iPod, replacing everything on the iPod as it does so. How do I do this?

This is great info! I just need to know a simple question. When the devices are synced, and the music is downloaded into the device, do all the songs in the iPod get deleted?
Performing an automatic synchronization will erase all of the songs except for those in the iTunes library.
